Link your family
The parent shares a link code. The family member enters it, and the parent approves.
Book a visit
Choose a service, a date and a time. Pay with UPI or use a visit from your plan.
We confirm it
Our team arranges the doctor, nurse or lab and you get a notification when it is confirmed.

Questions
What families usually ask
Can my family see my information without asking me?
No. A family member sees nothing until you approve their link request, and you can remove their access at any time from the app.
What happens if my parent misses a check-in?
Nothing happens to their account. The missed day shows up in the family's check-in history, so you can call and make sure they are alright.
Can SaathMera send an ambulance?
No. The Emergency button places a normal phone call to the family member or contact you have chosen. For an ambulance, dial 108.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Every payment is a one-time payment. We send a reminder before your plan ends, and you renew only if you want to.
