About SaathMera

Saath mera. With me, by my side.

Many parents grow older in one city while their children build lives in another. SaathMera keeps them close: care at their door when they need it, and a simple daily signal that everything is alright.

Why we built it

Worry should not be the only way to stay in touch

Arranging a doctor for a parent from far away usually means phone calls, favours and guesswork. And the question "Are they okay today?" often goes unanswered until something goes wrong.

SaathMera answers both. A real team arranges doctors, nurses and blood tests at home. A one-tap check-in each morning lets parents say how they are, and lets families know straight away when they are needed.

What we stand for

Four promises we design around

Dignity first

The parent is in charge. They choose who is linked, what is shared, and can change it at any time.

Simple by design

Large text, big buttons and plain words. If a step can be one tap, it is one tap.

Private by default

Health information stays with the parent, their approved family and our team. It is never sold or used for ads.

Honest about limits

We say clearly what SaathMera does, and just as clearly what it does not.

Being clear

What SaathMera is not

Being upfront about this matters when the people using the app are older and the people relying on it are far away.

  • Not an emergency service. We do not dispatch or track ambulances. In an emergency, dial 108.
  • Not a location tracker. The app does not track where anyone is.
  • Not personal medical advice. The wellness update is general information. Doctors give advice during visits and consultations.
  • Not an in-app video service. Doctor video consultations take place on WhatsApp.
