Delete your SaathMera account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from the app or by email. Here is exactly what happens.
From the app
- Open AccountTap Account in the bottom bar.
- Choose Delete my accountYou will see what happens before you confirm.
- Confirm with your passwordSo nobody else can close your account. You can add a reason if you like.
- Send the requestThe SaathMera team reads every request and closes the account.
Cannot open the app?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you registered with. We will confirm it is you before closing the account.
What we delete
- Your name, mobile number, email and profile photo
- Age, gender, home address and health conditions
- Daily check-in answers and messages
- Emergency contact and link codes
- Notifications, signed-in devices and uploaded files
- Support messages you sent us
What we keep, and why
Records of bookings, payments, refunds and plans are kept, no longer linked to your name or contact details, because accounting and tax law require it.
Family links
Every family link to or from your account ends, and pending link requests are declined. Family members can no longer see anything about you.
Nothing is removed until the team closes the account, and you can keep using SaathMera until then. If you have a visit booked, we will contact you about it first. We aim to close accounts within 7 working days.
