Security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Staff access is limited by role, and the database is backed up regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When your account is closed, we remove your personal details, profile, check-ins, emergency contact, notifications, devices and uploaded files, and end any family links. Records of bookings and payments are kept, without your name or contact details, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

- Control family access: approve, limit or remove any family member at any time.
- Manage notifications from Settings in the app.
- Sign out other devices from Security in the app.
- Delete your account. See Delete your account.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
